We sit down with you and speak about what drives your business. We get a sense for your business culture, your business needs and what your customers are looking for. This is how we help you plan your digital future.
We prepare an executive document, based on our analysis and your feedback, which provides scope, timeframes and costings for your review. This serves as our initial port of call for scoping your brand new digital experience.
Upon signing of the scope document your project manager will sit down with the design team to talk about the project. This allows the designers their first input into the project, the UI/UX and the overall design ethos.
A document is created which lays bare all functions and requirements of the system. This is the scope document which will be the scaffold of the entire system and the stick against which all designs will be measured.
Low Fidelity Wireframe
We work up a low fidelity wireframe of the entire system which details all functions without any consideration of UI/UX. This is used by our design team as a blueprint to workflows so they can create the modern designs which will be your deliverables. This is where you get your first tangible designs, usually just a few pages which show the proposed menu structure and workflow design.
Approval and Feedback
At this stage we ask for your approval and or feedback on our workflows. Once signed off these low fidelities will be worked on and designed into a full mockup of the entire system, so your accuracy and diligence in getting back to us is paramount to the smooth execution of the project.
High Fidelity Wireframe
This is one of the more exciting stages of the entire cycle: the full design is worked up. Every single page and function is workshopped and designed to give the best user experience modernity can provide.
Final Design Approval
The full system has been designed and delivered to you. Now we just await your feedback and or your approval and development can begin. Once these have been approved any changes can be costly so it is important to make any changes to the design now. Thus your feedback, at this stage is very important to us.
The longest part of the cycle when those designs we provided are turned into software. The development phase is always split into separate modules, each of which will be provided with its own timeframe for completion. Your project will be provided with a development lead who will take over database design and a project manager who will handle resource provision. If you have any questions during this process we invite you to call or come in and visit. Our clients are always welcome.
We conduct testing at every stage of the development phase, however, it is important to also conduct testing once everything is finished. Our in house testers go through the SRS, testing every function and ensuring everything is working as expected.
Once we have tested we then turn it over to you. This process usually takes about two weeks.
Occasionally a project is complicated enough that we need a fresh set of eyes to go through every nook and cranny of the system, ensuring no stone is unturned.
Your digital experience is finished! We now hand over the keys, it’s yours.
